I grew up in Santa Clarita, built my career here, and now I’m raising my family here. I’m running to bring a practical, resident-focused voice to District 4 and help protect the quality of life that makes our community home.

Peter Yahiayan is a longtime Santa Clarita resident, Golden Valley High School alumnus, local real estate professional, small-business owner, husband and father. His campaign is focused on listening to residents, asking the right questions and making decisions based on how they affect the people who live and work here every day.
Peter believes our city can continue moving forward while protecting neighborhoods, supporting local businesses, improving transparency and planning responsibly for the future.
